Shelly Boswell, who is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia, is an investor, landlord, homeowner, experienced real estate agent, and retired Federal civil servant.  Ms. Boswell has a Bachelors of Science  Degree in Business Administration.  Ms. Boswell’s understanding of excellent client service stems from working more than 36 years in social and public welfare programs while working for the Federal Government.
